Natural Bodybuilding Competition

The Sheldon High School Natural Bodybuilding Competition started out as a student senior project, but it turned into quite a fun, educational, and promotional event for senior Jason Saechao.  After exploring several options in terms of fulfilling Elk Grove Unified School District & California graduation requirements, Jason decided to organize and promote an event at school.  Jason has been inspired by many teachers while attending SHS, especially teacher and football coach Dale Ellingsworth.  Mr. Ellingsworth is also a colleague of Bob Bell, and he supports the annual Capital City Natural Bodybuilding Championships which takes place at the Sheldon High School Performing Arts Center.
